The 2024 CRP payments per parcel will be prorated to the new buyer by FSA. Buyer shall succeed and maintain the CRP contract for the duration of the contract and be in compliance with FSA guidelines. Any compliance issues or terminations as well as expenses or fees will be the responsibility of the new buyer.
