Jason has over 25 years of experience in all phases of corporate law, such as due diligence, document review, financial analysis; real estate law including contract negotiations, drafting, private financing structuring, and business law cases. Additionally, during his years of private practice, Jason focused on estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney), Medicaid planning and qualification, Elder Law including senior transitions, guardianships and conservatorships and probate administration including asset management and sales of real estate both privately and at public auctions. Finally, while in private practice Jason assisted not only lenders but also homeowner’s in restructuring and managing foreclosures through the sale and possible redemption. Most recently, Jason managed multiple clients at the reputable Adam Jones Law Firm for approximately last nine years.


Jason stepped into General Counsel with a skill set that complements McCurdy’s comprehensive services. With Jason’s background in estate planning, probate, elder law and real estate law, he is a necessity when dealing with estates, trustees, conservatorships, complex land, commercial, and residential transactions. While this is a position McCurdy has had for many years, it explores newer duties that suit Jason’s MBA, specifically with his role on the executive team assisting with business operations and decisions for the growing company.
