Denise Hansen

As Compliance Manager, Denise is responsible for ensuring that the documents for all properties are in compliance and reviews the preliminary title work before the sale to assist with any title requirements ahead of time for a smoother closing process. Denise also oversees the Pre-Auction department and creates streamlining processes throughout the company.

Prior to joining McCurdy, Denise had over 25 years of client-facing experience, creative problem-solving, and long-term strategic planning. She was a property and project manager for a substantial downtown Wichita office building, a management advisor for 120+ rental properties, and additional roles managing employees and outside vendors.
