Lane Budde

Lane earned his Kansas real estate license at the age of 18 and began his real estate career while attending Fort Hays State University. During college, he worked for Coldwell Banker Executive Realty in Hays for more than two years, gaining hands-on experience in residential real estate and helping clients navigate the buying and selling process.

Raised on a family farm, Lane has been involved in cattle and crop production from a young age of 14 years old. His agricultural background provides valuable insight into rural properties, land ownership, and the needs of agricultural clients. After purchasing his first home through a McCurdy auction while preparing to return to the Newton area, he became interested in the company's unique approach to real estate. Today, as an Auction Manager and REALTOR®, Lane enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping clients achieve successful outcomes through the auction and real estate process.
